At Ahmadiluxe, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be in the original packaging, when applicable
  • Include all original accessories, tags, and materials
  • Not show signs of damage, wear, or misuse

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Clearance or final-sale items, when clearly identified as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items that cannot legally or safely be resold

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the request and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.

5. Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or similar reasons, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged during delivery, or we sent the wrong item, Ahmadiluxe will cover reasonable return shipping costs when applicable.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

7. Exchanges

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund after the stated processing time, first check with your bank or payment provider.

9. Fraudulent or Abusive Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse of our return policy, or misuse of our products.
